When will I receive my order?

Upon placing your order, the shipment date is provided. This delivery time will also be confirmed on your order confirmation. Therefore, the shipping date on the website will always match the date on the order confirmation.

How can I cancel an order with a longer delivery time?

If your order has a longer delivery time than initially indicated, you can cancel part or all of the order. Contact our customer service to cancel, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two working days. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

Invoices are not automatically sent after payment. You can obtain an invoice in two ways: by logging into your account on our store’s website, where you can view your orders and download the invoice.
